Cabin Air Filtration for Volvo and Ford

The Wix 49354 cabin air filter helps clean the air entering the passenger compartment by capturing pollen, dust, soot, and other airborne contaminants. It is built for passenger cars and light trucks and uses activated carbon media for odor reduction where applicable.

• Activated carbon media helps reduce odors from nearby exhaust sources.
• Microban antimicrobial technology inhibits microbial growth on the filter media.
• Cabin air panel style for a direct HVAC filter replacement.
• Recommended for OEM filter change intervals.
• Fits a wide range of Volvo and Ford applications, including Volvo C30, Volvo C70, Volvo S40, Volvo V50, and Ford Focus.

What It Helps Address

• Reduced cabin air quality from dust, pollen, and soot.
• Unwanted odors entering through the HVAC intake.
• Microbial buildup on the filter media.
• Restricted airflow caused by a loaded cabin filter.

Installation Notes and Tips

Replace the cabin air filter at the interval recommended by the vehicle manufacturer or sooner in severe driving conditions. Verify the filter dimensions and style match the existing HVAC filter before installation. The 49354 is a cabin air panel filter, so correct orientation and seating in the filter housing are important for proper HVAC performance.

Quality Assurance

Wix cabin air filters are engineered for normal and severe driving conditions and are recommended for OEM filter change intervals. The 49354 uses Microban antimicrobial technology and activated carbon media to support cleaner in-cabin air and odor control.
